The expansive outdoor veranda, in addition to being covered, features a barbecue and dining table and connects to the pool and garden, providing a perfect environment to relax and enjoy sunny days. Whether on a family trip or with friends, this house is the ideal retreat, inviting moments of leisure and relaxation.

Detached house comprising:

Outdoor area: swimming pool, outdoor shower, charcoal barbecue with grill, beer cooler, table with 12 seats, card table, benches and outdoor sofa, rocking chair, grassy backyard, fruit trees.

Living Room: Integrated TV room and dining room (table with 8 chairs), with welcoming decor, Smart TV (65') and a comfortable sofa bed.

Suite 1 - 2nd floor: Queen Size bed (198cm x 158cm) or two single beds, split air conditioning, smart TV, blackout curtains and open wardrobe with hangers, work desk and full-length mirror.

Suite 2 - 1st floor: Double bed (188cm x 138cm), split air conditioning, smart TV, blackout curtains and clothes rack with hangers and full-length mirror.

Suite 3 - 1st floor: King Size bed (193cm x 203cm), split air conditioning, smart TV, blackout blinds, walk-in closet and full-length mirror.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, gas stove and oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker and kitchen utensils.

- We provide bed linens and towels, with replacement only after 7 days.

- We provide kitchen and bathroom items upon arrival; these items will not be replenished during your stay. - Portable crib available upon request.

The entire house is exclusive and guests have access to all rooms. Only the dispensation remains locked with the owner's personal items.
