House in the Tartaruga neighborhood with 3 air-conditioned suites and mountain and bay views in Búzios. It's 4 minutes from Rua das Pedras, 5 minutes from Tartaruga Beach, and 8 minutes from Geribá. Modern and recently redecorated, the house features an integrated living room and kitche. A game room on the lower floor features a pool table and a gas grill for leisure time. The grassy backyard is accessible from the entrance or the suites. The house is fully walled and ideal for pets.

The house is on a hill, on a stone-paved street. The climb of approximately 150 meters is not recommended for elderly people or people with limited mobility to do it walking. For this specific group of guests we recommend going up and down by car.

The house does not have access stairs, only a ramp.

The side staircase leads from the suites to the grassy backyard. The house itself is completely flat.

The house is independent and exclusive. Guests will have complete freedom and exclusivity in the property. The house is located on a 150m hill, not recommended for people with limited mobility. Above the house, there is another house, also available for seasonal rental (AirBnb), which is completely independent and is a small house for only 4 people. All terms and rules apply to the house above.

The Tartaruga neighborhood is adjacent to the Manguinhos neighborhood, home to several shops and the Porto da Barra Gastronomic Center. It is also adjacent to the Portal da Ferradura. Both are very close to the city center and Rua das Pedras. The neighborhood has small markets and is very quiet. The street where the house is located has a few houses and an inn. It is an extremely quiet and safe street.

The house doesn't have a garage, but you can park in a free parking spot in front of the entrance, set back from the street. The house is on a hill, but the climb isn't difficult, and it's very close to the city's main avenue, where vans (alternative transportation) pass constantly.
